Official Weigh-In Times

Early Weigh-In: 7:00-8:00 pm, Friday (All Women and All Men 114-SHW)

Regular Weigh-In: 8:00-9:00 am, Saturday (All Women and All Men 114-SHW)

Lifting will begin at 10:00 am Saturday.

Rules: All Current NASA Rules will apply. View the entire NASA Rule Book on our Web Site at www.nasa-sports.com. All lifters are required to have a current NASA Membership Card. Cards will be available at the meet or can be ordered from our web site. Membership Cards are good for 1 full year from the date of their purchase. Adult Membership is $30.00 per year and High School Membership is $15.00 per year. All lifters MUST wear a Wrestling Suit or other one piece suit.

Definitions - Equipment Allowed

Powerlifting, Push Pull and Equipped BP: Single Ply Suits, BP Shirts and Wraps are allowed.

Unequipped Powerlifting & BP: Wrist Wraps, Knee Wraps and Belt allowed. No Supportive Suits and/or BP Shirts allowed.

Power Sports: No Supportive Equipment is allowed except a 4" wide lifting belt.

Power Sports Lifters: Required to do Strict Curl, Bench Press and Deadlift in the Full Meet. Lifters may enter any event individually. No Supportive Equipment is Allowed except a 4” Lifting Belt. One piece Lifting Suits MUST be worn. You may enter any event as a single lift event, i.e.-Curl, BP, Squat, DL or Full meet in any division(s) you are qualified, i.e. Masters-1, Novice, Pure, Open, etc.

Powerlifting & Push Pull Lifters: May use any single ply Suits, Bench Shirts, Legal Wraps for Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. All Canvas Shirts & Suits are Illegal as of 3-1-01.

Unequipped Powerlifting Lifters: May use a 4" wide lifting belt and wrist and knee wraps only.

Bench Only Lifters: May use single ply Bench Press Shirts, Legal Wrist Wraps and Belt. No Canvas

Unequipped Bench Press: May use a 4" wide lifting belt and wrist wraps only.

Men’s Weight Classes

114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308 & SHW

Women’s Weight Classes

Divisions: Powerlifting, Unequipped Powerlifting, Push Pull & Bench Press Only (equipment allowed)

Pure: Lifetime Anabolic Steroid Free.

Police & Fire: Full Time Police & Fire Personnel, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Natural: Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Novice: Any Lifter that has never won 1st Place in any Powerlifting, BP or Power Sports Meet.

Intermediate: 24-29 years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum of 3 years.

Youth: Any lifter 6-12 years of age. Max lifts of 100% of bwt on BP & Curl and 150% of bwt on Squat & Deadlift.

High School: Currently HS enrolled lifters, Anabolic Steroid Free for life.

Junior: 13-23 years of age, Lifetime Anabolic Steroid Free.

Intermediate: 24-29 years old, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Sub-Masters 1: 30-34 years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Sub-Masters 2: 35-39 years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Sub Masters Pure: 30-39 years of age, Lifetime Anabolic Steroid Free.

Masters-1: 40-49 years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Masters-2: 50-59 years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Masters-3: 60+ years of age, Anabolic Steroid Free for minimum 3 years.

Masters Pure: 40+ years of age, Lifetime Anabolic Steroid Free lifters only.

“Power Sports” Raw, Totally Unequipped - Entry Fee’s

Full Meet (Curl, BP & DL) = $55.00

Power Sports INDIVIDUAL Events - Entry Fee - Awards in Each Individual Event Entered

Strict Curl Only= $55.00

Bench Only=$55.00

Deadlift Only= $55.00

Combination of Any Two  Divisions (2 Total Divisions, 2 Awards) = $90.00

Any 3 Divisions (3 Total Divisions, 3 Awards) =$120.00

Any 4 Divisions (4-Total Divisions, 4 Awards) = $150.00

All High School Entry Fee's are $45.00 per division entered. Must be current HS Student for HS Entry Fee.

Awards: 1^st thru 5^th Place Awards for each weight class in each Division for Powerlifting, BP Only and Power Sports Contests. Awards will consist of Column Trophies, Large Plaques and Medium Plaques.

Entry Fee’s

Powerlifting, Push Pull, Unequipped Powerlifting and Bench Press Only (Shirts Allowed) : $55.00 for first division entered, $35.00 for each additional entry. Late Fee after Deadline Date is $10.00 additional fee for 1st division entered. Cash Only for all late entries. All High School Entry Fee's are $40.00 per division entered.

Team Entry Fee

$35.00 per Team Entry. This fee is for the Team Trophy. Team Rosters MUST be turned in by the start of lifting on Saturday. Trophies for 1^st thru 3^rd for Powerlifting, BP Only and Power Sports Teams. Maximum of 10 members per team.
