A Team does not have to have entries in all events but keep in mind the Total Team Points will be greatly effected by less than full team participation.

Special "Ultimate Team" Awards will be awarded to the Champion Team
at each Event which this format is used. A special page will be set
up on our web site for our Ultimate Team Champion's pictures.
This format may be adjusted as needed in the future.
Ultimate Team Fee's will be $50.00 per Team
Lifters in the "Ultimate Team Competition" will be allowed to enter
and lift in any and all divisions listed in a specific event in the
meet as long as the event is listed on that particular Meet Entry
From and as long as the individual entry fee's for those events are
paid for each event entered. It does not matter which division each
lifter is entered into since his/her coefficient is what will be
used for team points.
Team Rosters MUST be turned in the
first day of the competition, before each competition.
This Team Format will be used for the Natural
Nationals, World Cup, USA Nationals, Grand Nationals, High School
Nationals and Masters Nationals only. All Ultimate Teams MUST notify
NASA of their intent to compete before the Championship they choose
to participate in as awards must be prepared in advance.
Regular Team Awards will remain the same as they are now.
